Different Bill To / Ship To Address with Credit Card Payment
The most common problem occurs at this point. If your shipping address is the same address where your monthly credit card statement is sent, you do not need to do anything. If you are shipping to a different address than your billing address, the shipping address must be verifiable. To establish an alternate shipping address, please complete the following steps.

The order will be delayed pending authorization from the cardholder who must be contacted at the billing phone number. Return & RMA Policy
 All products considering return must be the original packing. If you received wrong items, all Electronics parts, PC systems, and components, are ONLY 7 days without open box. mail rma@sunwilltech.com to tell us the order number, unit serial # and the reason to return to get the RAM # first; or email us the RMA form. All returned shipments are subject to a 30% restocking fee. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA.number. The RMA # must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. This does not include any defect in product caused by improper use of product.

RAM
To process your RMA request, review the RMA Policies avove.

You should request a RMA number for your case. If you don't have one, please submit/ email your RMA form to RMA@sunwilltech.com to tell us.

Cancellation
Sunwill do not charge the cancellation of order(s); Unless the order has been processing, a 8% of the credit card surcharge which will be subjected to the cancel order. Plus it's shipping restocking fee if it's been shipped.

Method of Shipment
FedEx, UPS, Best Method; FOB Point: California; Split Shipment: Add $5.00 for each additional address after the first.
Shipping for Alaska and Hawaii, we offer FedEx 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air methods.

Shipping for Canadian, we can ship via FedEx Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air, and Next Day Early A.M. Note: FedEx will charge brokerage fees to collect customs duties for international orders. These fees are not included in the shipping fees sunwilltech charges from the orders.

Shipping for other international countries, the preferred shipping method is FedEx/International Airmail postal Service. Please click International shipping quote to get the shipping rate and invoice number in order to make the transaction. Note: Depending on your country's customs department, there may be taxes and/or customs fees, which are NOT included in the shipping cost, and you should check on your country's policies beforehand.

Split shipping and ETA
Please note order will ship complete when the full order is in stock. If your order consists of multiple items, we can do a partial shipment and back-order the out of stock items if you wish, but you must let us know. The backorder will consist of an extra shipping charge around $5.00. Also, please note that the ETA is an approximation. Please accept my apologies for any inconvenience this delay has caused you.
